Application Window
 Each application has its own specific window which brings up an
alarmingly large dialog, but fortunately often little needs changing. However, if you just click onto
Run you get what you asked for,
but not necessarily what you want. Pressing Help on ... will display more information on the
functions of a program and the complete explanation for all the options offered. Once you have customized your
analysis by defining a set of parameters you can save it for future use.
