 You need this window to send input files located on your local computer,
to our server for processing.
You can submit files or use the Copy and Paste Area to transfer sequence data which
you type in or copy and paste from another window. Unless a path is specified, the uploaded
data files are stored in your Working Directory on the server side.
Alternatively you can start a FTP (file transfer protocol) session from a command line
interphase (e.g. DOS window ; see also Getting started ).
This might be helpful if you want to upload more than one or two files.
